Meet Canton

Hi, I'm Mica!

I was born in Argentina, moved to Spain when I was three years old, and then came to the UK at 15 years old, so I’ve always grown up around different cultures, people and ways of life. For the past two years I’ve been based in Cardiff, which quickly became home for me, especially after buying our first house here. Going through that process myself gave me a real appreciation for how exciting (and sometimes overwhelming!) buying a home can feel. Before moving into mortgages, I spent two and a half years working within the recruitment team at Just Mortgages, helping support branches and advisers across the UK. It was such a rewarding role and gave me a great insight into the industry and the people behind it. Outside of work, I’m usually in the gym, creating content for social media or spending time with family and my dog Keeva. I also love discovering new places and travelling as there’s always somewhere new to try! One of my favourite things about Cardiff is how welcoming it feels whilst still having so much going on.
