Meet Crystal Peaks

Hi, I'm Chantelle!

I have developed a wide range of mortgage knowledge, including experience working closely with Shared Ownership schemes. I help customers across Crystal Peaks, Waterthorpe, Beighton, Mosborough, Hackenthorpe, Halfway and the wider South Yorkshire area.

Whether you are buying your first home, moving, remortgaging or reviewing your protection needs, building a lasting relationship is very important to me. I enjoy getting to know my customers and supporting them throughout their mortgage and protection journey.

Working close to familiar places such as Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre and Rother Valley Country Park allows me to support homebuyers and homeowners across south-east Sheffield and its surrounding communities.

I especially enjoy the memorable conversations I have with my customers. One recently told me that his baby girl’s first word was “burger”, which I thought was hilariously brilliant!

Outside of work, I’m a vocalist and write my own songs. Positivity and laughter are two of my favourite things. I also buy almost anything that lights up or changes colour, so my apartment looks a little like Christmas all year round!

I enjoy fishing with my grandad too, although removing the hook and touching maggots completely weirds me out, so I prefer to take an assistant!
