Hi! I'm Sarah-Jane Ashdown!

I am CeMAP qualified, hold a Level 3 Certificate in Equity Release and have more than 15 years’ experience within the mortgage and financial services industry. Having always lived in and around Caerphilly, I have a strong connection to the local community and a good understanding of the area.

I support customers across Caerphilly and nearby communities, including Bedwas, Machen, Llanbradach, Abertridwr, Senghenydd, Ystrad Mynach and the wider South Wales area. From homes close to Caerphilly town centre and Caerphilly Mountain to properties around Morgan Jones Park and the surrounding valleys, I enjoy helping local people make informed decisions about their mortgage and protection needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy a good Netflix binge, but I can also often be found cycling along the area’s hilly roads with family and friends. I also enjoy exploring Caerphilly’s history, particularly Caerphilly Castle and its two lakes, which are among the town’s most recognisable landmarks.
