Hi, I'm Richard Golten!

I’m a Mortgage and Protection Adviser based on Albany Road in Cardiff, helping customers across Roath, Cathays, Penylan, Splott, Cyncoed, Cardiff city centre and the wider South Wales area.

With more than 10 years’ experience in estate agency, sales and customer service, I support people throughout the homebuying process. My background across both property and financial services gives me a broad understanding of the different stages involved, helping customers make clear and informed decisions about their mortgage and protection needs.

Based close to familiar Cardiff locations such as Roath Park, Wellfield Road and City Road, I work with first-time buyers, home movers and homeowners across the local community and beyond.

I’m passionate about making buying or remortgaging a home feel less stressful by providing clear, straightforward guidance at every stage. Whether you are purchasing your first property, planning a move or reviewing your current mortgage, my goal is to provide honest and reliable support focused on your individual circumstances.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad, a keen traveller and a big fan of live music. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.
