Hi, I'm Samer Dilay!
I am a fully Cemap qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser based in Harborne.
I enjoy helping people navigate the complexities of the mortgage process, providing bespoke mortgage advice tailored to individual circumstances. I ensure that the home buying process is managed from start to finish whether you are a first-time buyer, looking to remortgage, or interested in buy-to-let opportunities.
I am a dedicated property investor with a growing portfolio of buy-to-let properties. Having personally experienced the challenges of navigating the mortgage process as a newcomer, I make it a priority to provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for my clients.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I am actively involved in mixed martial arts and last year competed in an MMA match to raise funds for Cancer Research. I also enjoy attending boxing events as a passionate spectator.
