Hi, I'm Constantine.
I'm a proudly LGBT+ mortgage adviser. I've been advising for 4 years, over half of which has been dedicated to New Build and Shared Ownership advising. I'm here to make mortgages feel less overwhelmingly stuffy and more like a conversation - no jargon, no judgement, no beige suits.
When I'm not helping people figure out deposits, application forms, and what on earth a capital repayment mortgage is, I'm usually halfway across a country or up a mountain (Camino de Santiago? Toubkal?)
You might also find me in a local theatre: I live for the kind of production that hits hard, gets under your skin, and makes you think long after the curtain falls.
I’m currently based in South Bristol with my wife and our two rescue dogs, Santiago and James. It did take me way too long to realise I’ve got two dogs names James - just in different languages.
For me, mortgage advice is about clarity, calm and helping you make confident choices - for every kind of home, and every kind of family.
